VEGETARIAN diet – is a delicious composition in which you will not find meat, fish and seafood. It consists of five meals that will provide a lot of energy for everyday activities. The diet has been balanced in terms of nutritional values, so as to prevent the most common deficiencies of vitamins and minerals, e.g. iron or vitamin B12. The source of protein are legumes, very underrated, and so versatile in how they can be used, and additionally – milk and its products, as well as nuts. The latter will also provide fat that, despite its bad opinion, is very necessary. Moreover, as it is fat of vegetable origin, it is much better for a normal lipid profile. Carbohydrates, which, as a standard, come mainly from a variety of grains, vegetables and fruits, are a tasty and healthy addition.
