LACTOSE–FREE diet – a unique combination of meals, designed to facilitate daily functioning without unpleasant gastrointestinal problems. Pain and bloating, because these are the issues we are talking about, may be a symptom of a lack or insufficient amount of enzyme which is designed to “break down” lactose into simple sugars. Lactose is a disaccharide, naturally present in mammalian milk, and can also found in milk products, such as yogurt or white cheese. However, the elimination of dairy products also means giving up valuable vitamins and minerals, such as calcium or vitamin D3. Therefore, while it is no challenge to exclude milk giving nothing in return, the LACTOSE–FREE diet was created in such a way so as to fully meet the demand for all micro- and macroelements while ensuring complete elimination of milk sugar. This solution is the best choice for health and well-being!
LACTOSE–FREE diet is not a therapeutic diet, so it is recommended to consult a doctor / dietitian before using it in case of diagnosed lactose intolerance.

GLUTEN–FREE diet – composed to help restore the balance of the whole body. Its main task is to alleviate the unpleasant symptoms that may accompany people with uncellular hypersensitivity to gluten, gluten allergy or celiac disease. Gluten is a mixture of proteins – glutenin and gliadin – derived from gluten cereals, i.e. wheat, rye, spelled, barley, kamut, triticale and oats*. The diet is therefore based on the elimination of these cereals by replacing them with naturally gluten-free cereals (rice, corn, buckwheat, millet, amaranth, quinoa). The menu has been balanced in terms of all nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Such a dose of goodness cannot fail!
The GLUTEN-FREE diet is not a therapeutic diet, it is recommended to consult a doctor / dietitian before using it in case of diagnosed celiac disease / food hypersensitivity / allergy.
* Oats are gluten grain, however at the moment it is also possible to buy gluten–free oats, marked as ‘gluten–free’ with a sign of crossed ear of wheat.
